Experience developed since 2008
Truck Master began operating on 29 January 2008 with a team of 20 employees. In April of the same year, the truck workshop moved to modern premises at Metalistų 6B in Šiauliai. The location provided facilities suitable for servicing commercial vehicles and supporting transport companies operating in Lithuania and on international routes.
In 2009, the company created a dedicated workshop for tachograph inspection and repair. Tachographs record driving time, rest periods, speed and distance. Their correct operation is important for transport companies because the devices support compliance with regulations governing professional drivers and road transport.
Truck Master expanded its cooperation with spare parts manufacturers in 2011. The company began working actively with suppliers from China, Italy, Germany, Turkey and Poland. This international supply network made it possible to broaden the available product range and respond to different repair requirements.
More than 1,000 spare parts available
The company currently offers customers more than 1,000 different spare parts and a wide range of tyres for heavy vehicles. Access to components is an important part of workshop efficiency. A repair can be delayed when the required part must be ordered from a distant supplier or when its technical specification is difficult to verify.
Truck Master supports customers in identifying suitable components for particular truck models and systems. The combination of workshop services and spare parts distribution allows diagnostics, sourcing and repair to be coordinated within one organisation. This is particularly relevant for fleet operators that depend on predictable service times.
Development of the service network
On 2 July 2013, Truck Master opened a branch and spare parts shop at Vasaros 24 in Marijampolė. A modern truck workshop began operating at the same address on 20 January 2015. The expansion increased the company’s capacity to serve transport businesses in another important Lithuanian logistics location.
Truck Master now employs more than 80 specialists representing different technical fields. The team handles problems related to heavy vehicle breakdowns, diagnostics, spare parts sourcing and workshop repairs. This range of expertise allows the company to support both individual truck owners and businesses managing larger commercial fleets.
Maintenance helps reduce unexpected downtime
Regular truck servicing can identify worn components before they cause a roadside breakdown. Inspection of braking systems, suspension, tyres, electrical equipment and engine-related components also supports safe vehicle operation.
